Don’t expect here to grow in your career.They will change your tech stack anytime all depends upon which project they have.Mostly all are support type projects. They will give you 2 weeks of time to learn a new technology and expects to perform like an experienced person of that technology

... appraisal (main reason) or do not accept disrespect, they start targeting them. The salary is late. If you give resignation they will think of u as enemy. The HR (A.C), Manager (K.G), and leads (K.R) and even the higher management are involved in targeting u (If u r in their team pls run ASAP). Once u r done with the KT during notice period. they will give u early release saying directly that u r done with giving KT. So we have decided to release u early. NO FLEXIBLE TIME as they will tell u while joining and No estimation are asked to testers. No work life balance. It was WKH but if manager is coming to office then he wants u to come to office too.

... to adjust. Lack of good working chairs. AC is always on no matter the season. No compensation for overtime and weekend working. A shared account is used for then entire company to learn new skills from online learning platforms.

Salary not on time. if you have EMIs stay away from this Company. They don't even cares about the festivals like Diwali they did October Salary post Diwali which is very disappointing. Employees were not having any idea when their salary will be deposited. No Growth Opportunities. They will shift you on any technology as per their requirements. they will not give you any proper training for the Technology & want you to work like an expert without any training. Poor salary hike & even no promotions for Deserving employees. Lack of Facilities & Frequent Lift, Water & Internet issues. Higher management Involvement in every small issue (as they don't have any work to do rather than micro management). Employee's Concerns are not acknowledged by HR or management. they will not communicate with you properly if you have any concerns they will avoid communicating with you & start ignoring you. No worklife balance. they will ask you to work on Weekends/Leaves & after working hours too. They will force you to come to office even if your entire team & seniors are working from home. The want you to carry office laptop every time with you no matter your on trip or in hospital or funeral.

Management is in wrong hands. Those who should involve are leaving company.

...ams, not looking for quality code/application instead just focuses on timelines. Don't expect salary for 2-3 months.
