There is nothing good about this company

...n the company you will get appointment letter, but that also they will not give. You will not get salary on time. Some times they will give half salary that is also not on time. Management people don't have humanity. Untill and unless you will leave company you will be in probation period. No proper work culture, no payslip, no PF. It's more than 45 days i left the company they haven't settled my F&F. They promised saying they will settle within 10days, but I haven't received single penny. Now they are not at all responding to my calls and msgs. This happened to most of the employees who left the company. If you're someone wants to join this company, don't just blindly join by seeing Google reviews because 90% of the reviews is given by the employees working there it's completely fake.

...ce is just a joke here. You need to work on week offs also most of the time. 3. They don’t pay salary on time. I worked there for 5 months and they didn’t pay me my salary on time at least for one month. They will pay you salary 15-20 days after the payment date. It is like working for free. 4. As a nutritionist I never worked as a nutritionist there. They made me to work as a sales guy and distribute company brochures on roads several times. 5. They won’t provide you any payslip or any document and if an employee needs them. 6. TLs n this company play lot of politics and steal ideas from team members and use those ideas as their own ideas and never appreciate team members. 7. Even if you are working very hard and completing your work on time and giving quality work, they won’t appreciate you. 8. There is no job security because this company is wantedly terminating employee because they are not able to pay salaries to their employees. I would never recommend anyone to join this company 9. And for travelling they won’t pay you reimbursement.
