Work-life balance can be non-existent, depending on your department and workload. Payment is always never on time, so expect to wait until the middle of the month.

Most unprofessional place I've worked out in 10 years of content writing with dozens of sports outlets. You must be on call all day waiting for assignments. Sometimes you'll get them back to back.
