Most unprofessional place I've worked out in 10 years of content writing with dozens of sports outlets. You must be on call all day waiting for assignments. Sometimes you'll get them back to back. The pay is stagnant and hasn’t increased in over 2 years. There is very little option of upward mobility if any and there is no chance of making this a stable job.
