Definitely not a good place to work. Very bad work culture. No timely salary, no timely increments, company promises very high salary with high variable pay. Later doesn't give variable pay. If you think of joining, consider you will get 0 variable pay. , no matter what is promised on the offer letter with regards to CTC. Its a fraud company.

The management just doesn't care about the employees. They pretend that they do. Salaries are not paid on time. Too much micromanaging. Unrealistic targets. No proper support. They aim for the sky and beyond, but don't even lift off.

Trash company, I don't know how they are still surviving despite all the legal issues and pathetic culture.

the founders are the worst kind of human beings, 0 ethics, garbage salary and leave policy, one must be brainless to join this company. I learnt it the hard way, stay away at all costs. All positive reviews on Glassdoor, google etc is forced task they make you do as soon as you join the company since you are docile at this point. Only the negative reviews are true.

1) Opportunity and freedom to learn technology without any boundaries. 2) One who positively start working and learning things can reach in heights. 3) As an employee if you are facing any issues related to work, you get the opportunity to speak with the founders. Where the door is always open for all. 4) Opportunity to fly abroad frequently if you are a quick learner. 5) Finally its all about the attitude and positivity of an individual who can contribute, will get benefitted in their career.

1) Felt process of the company can be made better and followed better for smooth operations.

Dislikes

Everything, the work, the culture and their ethics. They sue their own employees and restrain their employees from working in competing companies even after leaving spookfish. You are basically their underpaid slave.
