Never give salary on time every time. And second and main think is the behaviour of Director Amit Sharma is unacceptable he is too rude every employee in Spokenmate is suffering from mental trauma due to his behaviour. He treats us as we are his slave one of the worst company I have ever seen.

...is organisation, As so called director Mr Amit sharma is not a professional guy. Always with new policies and false commitments, moreover his mindset is to deduct the salary.

The salary is good, work is not tedious.

Dislikes

Salary isn't paid on time, unnecessary deductions are done which are not mentioned during hiring or even in the offer letter. The management is inconsiderate, liar and selfish. They don't mention any target during hiring but after 1 month they delay salary and deduction double amount for late arrival. No overtime is paid, work related issues are not solved and the employee themselves are blamed. You have to work for 9 hours a day for 6 days a week without any job security, salary credit security, travel allowance nothing.

No job security and even if you resign they Wil not give you the salary and even after joining what ever salary they offer they can reduce after 10-15 days of your working day. And time of your fnf they check your target how much you achieve they give the salary accordingly not full salary.
