Job security scare sometimes here, work environment depends upon colleagues & management, how they treat & appreciate the work.

Dislikes

SPML don't give salary on time, if any employees depends his on salary, like school fees, rent of house & other necessary for live hood, will become beggar here. Background of employees should strong then only employees SPML can survive. Others like petrol reimbursement, mobile bill reimbursement & other reimbursement to take is not possible in same month or next month, could take 3 to 5 month. Talking about increment - it's tough to achieve here. No other extra facilities provide by SPML.

Teammates are supportive but the management doesn't care about the staffs, more over HR dose not look or help in any matters of the staffs. Company policy is i will get then i will think to give.

Dislikes

Management and HR doesn't adress our issues. Salary is pending since more than 6 month's and career growth is very slow.

Used to be good Project Mgmt Co. with good engineers with good project handling abilities

The Co is run in a most unprofessional way. People get their one month salary after a gap of 3-4 months and yes this is prevailing from last 7-8 years, under COVID-19 pandemic the employees receive only a part of their one month salary that too after a gap of 6 months. The Co deduct but don't deposit PF on time ant not even esi, which i think is a gross violation and a punishable offence. They don't pay full and final settlement to their ex-employees. One of their Whole Time Director has gone hiding for some serious fraud. I am sure it is enough to give a glimpse of the SPML Infra

...like a lala company. Sit at home if you have no job but never ever join in SPML. They ruin your life and don't pay salaries ontime. The entire management is highly corrupt, unethical and treat employees bad without paying their dues and salaires on time.

Bad culture Don't pay salaries on time Management team(CEO and Board of directors) prefer to buy shiny new cars over paying employee salaries on time
