Salary Contracter pf fund not transfer to account Shift schedule bad 1 month after shift change Supervisor behivour to bad without and resion staff abused Fan not avl whole company Tootls insert change tools ln key etc screw driver smiler tools not avl Canteen facility very poor charged 40 rs prr plate and this food in not sufficient for filling a stomach

There is no govt holiday even forcely work with or without single OT which is hold month of month but did not provide even salry is not given time to time and management system is very bad.

The behavior of the company M.D is very bad even hit some employee and directly told he did not give salary if possible then take it

In this company there is no respect of engineers. High work ,less salary when we completed one year after that he continues GET upto resign . No increment. Appointment letter no give to employee.

Spm is a manufacturing company of automotive vehicle parts and turbine parts.i love the fact that I am a part of this company that market reliable,high quality products,and has a global Clint.i learn about machine control system,production management,quality precision,i like to work with my team.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high,shifting rotation.and sometime,i have to work 12hour straight in a day manager do not value an individual's unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.also there is no job on job training for fresher,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

I like their cleanliness. All premises of company was neat an clean and the other thing I liked its dedication towards work. company are very ambitious about productivity.

Dislikes

Terrible working scenario. Assistant engineers had pushed to do work of operator due to dearth of operator and salary was not given timely.
