There is no govt holiday even forcely work with or without single OT which is hold month of month but did not provide even salry is not given time to time and management system is very bad.

The behavior of the company M.D is very bad even hit some employee and directly told he did not give salary if possible then take it

I like their cleanliness. All premises of company was neat an clean and the other thing I liked its dedication towards work. company are very ambitious about productivity.

Terrible working scenario. Assistant engineers had pushed to do work of operator due to dearth of operator and salary was not given timely.

You can learn so much Skills and develop yourself also. Always tend to develop or expanding their company by experimenting on new innovations.

Dislikes

Late Salary, No proper increments/appraisals. No job security, whenever they want they can remove by clearing the dues on the same day. No work life balance.

This company is not good for senior level.compny culture not good.Not support Management and Manager.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is not good and career growth is slow .On the job training is not given to new joinees.
