Somehow he got very good clients who do not know they are being looted.

Today might be your last working day for taking a one day leave even after taking HR approval. You must get approval from MD. HR is just to fill the position, simply a puppet. No Leave Policies. Appraisals are for who praise MD, working hard earns you nothing; even may get you fired. That's what happened with me. In the name of COVID, for four months deducted 30% in each month He himself creating fake accounts and giving positive reviews in different platforms.

The Director is terribly off balance and won't take any critisism, no productive suggestions, instead, they will keep grudges and don't think about completing half an year if you are not tolerant of demotivational measures from manager side. It's a one man company with no respect to your individuality. Threatening culture is high and it will keep you responsible for everything you know and unknown, job security is zero, credit theft is more common from who ever sits at the top to manage the team, he will listen to your suggestions and won't consider it as it is, but he will make changes in your suggestions and without any self respect or shame, he will say that it is his idea. Full of disrespect and drama, don't try to fall for his chocolate words, if you are terribly unlucky, then you may be understanding
