Management is very Poor, management has no plan. HR Team is also not good, local candidates are mainly working there, and that's the politics in there—totally a fake organization. HR team tells every candidate lies before joining. The company has no terms & conditions and no hr policies. Their Working hours are 10 hr. The company takes many loans from banks. They are scamming every employer. Before Joining they told me one thing after joining another thing. Fake Company. Candidates don't join this they will Spoil your Career. No facility and Growth in their.

Everything in the organisation is very good. Specially for the freshers & the experienced also. You will learn daily new things, new technologies. The Director is just awesome, I have ever seen in my life. He is really a good man & personally keeps in touch with all employees regularly. That was much impressive for me. You will get a freedom to work with this company as well get good support also from you colleagues & the entire management.

HR Manager should improve the self quality. He should understand properly the equilibrium between Emotions & Professions.

Apart from India this organization exists in Bangladesh & Saudi Arabia.Our MD sir is very cooperative with every employees of this organization in every aspect of professional as well as personal ground. His motivation, aggression to the success of this organization is really inspiring for each of us. Learning opportunity is huge. Senior management group is always proactively helpful to address any grievance or any concern of each employee. Benifits - 1. 10% minimum growth on each annual appraisal. 2. PF, ESI, mediclaim & others all facilities are served as declired by the company. 3.10 Govt holidays, CL, PL, EL are fully utilised by the employees. Organization culture:- Annual general meetings are held every year with an open forum where every employee can suggest their own perspectives to the overall wellbeing of the organization. Presently our corporate office is located slightly away from main road. But the new corporate office is going to open soon at HB Town, just beside to Barasat road. Excellent commutable.
