No Job security, Director is so unprofessional, take full work in lock down and wont pay the salary, salary wont given by them on time.

I really liked the Healthy atmosphere of the company. Weekly engagement activities. Good team leader's support.

Compensation is no so decent and growth is slow. the work Pressure is very high sometimes.

The Managers are not humans. In the name of professionalism, they want employees to work and animals. I literally felt mentally and physically disturbed at some point of time. So I decided to leave the company for good.

this company is helpfull for employees and give opportunities to employee for growth and product quality is also good

main problem is shift timing sometimes i work for 12 to 13 hours and girls staff also face this problem

Splashindia is basically a recruitment firm and works pan India and we basically lookout for our client requirements and after understanding the requirements of our client we search for compatible profiles of candidate which matches our clients requirement and we do proper line-up and keep a proper follow-up with the candidate and specifically we do not charge anything from the candidate
