Favoritism, Micro management at its peak, Less salary compared to other product companies, People start asking if you are away for even half an hour without informing, Very poor work culture, No recognition for good work, Work life balance

Initially it was nice working with Studypad but gradually my opinion changed. Company has good ambience. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Lot of politics and HR doesn’t address our problems. Salary hike is terrible. No promotion means no career growth.

No one cares about your work problems or work-life balance. No one makes an effort to solve your problems even if they require managerial level attention; all they care is that you hit your targets. Working days are mon-fri but I often find myself working on sat and sun.

1. Great tool depth, the company utilizes the best of available tool options to reduce the time of discovery. This greatly aids product managers to have information to take a decision on. 2. Great culture, there is no politics or credit grabbing. The transparency around all departments, proper documentation helps the discovery & planning process clear to all. 3. The company is very product-centric and believes in product department specializations. Hence even in a startup the product department is organized across functions for ex: User Research, Content Strategy, User Experience Design, Product Marketing , Product Analytics & Product management

Dislikes

1. There is a flip-flopping of vision hence the north star metric, this effectively makes downstream alignment very volatile and inconsistent. There is always a question of , 'we are doing this now, till when?' 2. The team generally ends up going into analysis paralysis due to team consensus. This compromises the speed of delivery alongside the vision of the feature itself. What finally goes in the market is a compromise from each stakeholder's standpoint

No micromanagement No interference of the management during work, only if we require assistance. Targets are achievable Working hours 9 Sat and sun off Brilliant company overall
