Professionally speaking the work done is terrible. Impractical project deadlines are committed, there are no quality checks. Clients are cheated on thier expectations. There is no work culture, the managers are not trained themselves to undertake any projects by themselves. The work is piled on. There's no room for growth. They forced employees to come during pandameic risking thier lives for work which can be done from home. It's not a consultanting or a market research company, as all they do is make cold calls and hire other organizations for feild work. There is no resources provided to conduct proper research and always rely on cheapest feild work option available

Dislikes

There is no HR, so the managers take the liberty to be unprofessional at every possible instance. The compensation offered was not only too low, but a lot of disparity based on personal bias. The company has no commitment towards employees never stands true to it's commitment of conducting promotion and appraisals, it's either always delayed or cancelled. There were instances we were told, that company has no money to give out increments or bonuses.
