In India operating at a very different level... don't give good increments and good package to employees... being in Chennai give preference to south Indian candidates in India...Bonds for Indian employees in lieu of training... impolite and arrogant seniors.. weak in giving service to customers... weak in front of Indian competition to penetrate in market...no efforts to retain skilled team.... Relaxed and self indulged top management... No experience of steam engineering to key members . No clear policies... no clarity

Always the pioneer in steam engineering products design and system design with integration to other systems. in one word we can put it in this way, all competitors of spirax together is less than spiraxsarco's product range.
