HR is a mere formality, offering no protection—raising concerns often backfires on employees. Compensation is a joke, with trivial raises and empty promises of better hikes that never come. Promotions are rare and based on favoritism, not merit. If you care about your growth and sanity, look elsewhere. This place is a career dead end.

Hard work beyond your ability,no extra leaves,job timings are not fixed, No social life , Above all is for Hub Teams only, There are multiple departments Are much Better Than Hub Team,

Your salary will be on time or even before time.

No work life balance, no national holidays. Making a proper 11 hours shift and more... Work pressure....you have to work on your day off if someone takes sudden leave. Micro management at its peak. You will have to answer if you exceeds the breaks . Dont know why they are pressurizing the employees so much.

Truebil (Low Segment Vertical of Spinny), had the worst culture. A severely autocratic vertical leader. Low standard employees who were made more helpless by not giving them enough tools/analytics to work upon
