1.Skill development is slim to none. 2.Promotion solely depends on your relationship with the manager. 3.SOP and kRA's aren't defined for most of the roles and it changes constantly with the Poc and management change. 4. Culture is defined by the people in power but since the kRA's aren't defined very few people owns the authority and that makes the culture toxic in Spinny.

...of what it once was—a rotting carcass riddled with politics and poor management. Employees are stuck in stagnant roles for years with minimal or no salary hikes, fueling frustration and demotivation.

Managers favor their inner circle while the CEO focuses solely on brand and profit, ignoring the toxic culture. HR is a mere formality, offering no protection—raising concerns often backfires on employees. Compensation is a joke, with trivial raises and empty promises of better hikes that never come. Promotions are rare and based on favoritism, not merit. If you care about your growth and sanity, look elsewhere. This place is a career dead end.

Everything except the work pressure, because there isn’t too much work is bad, from salary to benefits to ego clashes between managers and the founder’s reaction to that is bad In less than half a year at least half the workforce has left the company

As employee of Spinny the only benifit you will get is that good salary package, but many things you will loose special when you are automobile expert, you will loose experience, knowledge, links in auto industry, no skills development, and many other things, and also you have 0% job security any time need to leave the job, as human being mistakes happens but in Spinny mistakes not acceptable you get fired immediately, and the worst thing is after spending sometime in Spinny you will loose your confident to in any others organization. Pathetic company.

Everything accept salary benifit
