...flies in milk when you talk about above problem. No letter and money when leave. Ctc is too much than in hand salary because of poor structure. But they say you have freedom to do anything. Engineer workers everyone treated same in every aspects,Very good😄.

Dislikes

Everything about management and appointment policy. Off role appointment, would not provide appointment letter, does not care about Employees future.

1. No hierarchy.Only two persons decision count 2. No clarity of work...one day you are design engineer, one day you are store incharge...etc 3. No innovation related talk. They do Politics only. 4. Expenditure on learning is zero. 5. No bus service, No canteen 6. If you are educated don't join here...99% of your surroundings will be uneducated. They don't even know how to talk.
