I have recently joined at spine technologies as a Graphic designer. Overall the experience is very good so far. I have had many opportunities to explore new ways in improving my skills and my team is also very supportive and helpful. I'm thankful for this opportunity.

Company culture is worst They have employees working their for 10 years they have created a clan any new joiner of they don't like they will make sure they leave the company performance is not based on merit but on favoritism coz of this 22 years old company is lagging from other competitors and it's revenue and is affected by this and no proper salary benefits are provided to employees

Employees work as a team inorder to achieve sales numbers. Also thorough guidance from seniors of the company which helps us to explore new opportunities coming our way. Combination of work and fun makes it more joyful to be part of Spine Technologies

Wasting your time. Huge promises but after some time you realize the real truth. No job security They just think you are the machine not a human. Bad Behavior if seniors. Senior always submit wrong reports about you. Tont is the key there.
