The culture is only good at Chennai Headquarters. As it spreads across to various regions, the culture is not maintained. Mr. Thyagarajan sir has a great vision and employees would want to stay in the company only for him.

... read this feedback, please know that Spinco is really really close to my heart. Employees do not leave the organisation because of the compensation or benefits. They leave the organization because of bad managers and leaders. I hope this message reaches the correct people and necessary actions are taken by the management to be more transparent and communicate with the employees directly rather than with the regional leaders. I write this with a heavy heart because I loved being a part of Spinco and I truly want it to grow to greater heights.

Nothing good to say. Only the salary is on time. Rather than the working environment and people behavior is really horrible.

Nothing to dislike people have how to project themselves can survive.however people do hardwork will not be identified they have to project themselves.smart people do extract work from others and claim the credit in their name.Hardwork people never claim what work they have done for that also. Organization should identify who is working and who is acting like work.

Good timings but terrible work environment,people there are very old fashioned and behave as if it is a school, employees there have a habit of shouting at each other which is very pathetic and disturbing
