Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

They make you sign a bond on the first day of your joining, all their policies are messed up in some or the other way. The number of leaves is abysmal, and taking any time-off is highly discouraged. Leadership sets unrealistic expectations. Management has absolutely no respect for WLB. Disagreeing to work overtime is frowned upon. No WFH, no benefits whatsoever.

Nothing about it to like.

Dislikes

No work life balance. The leadership here is terrible they only don't know objective behind the projects and at time of delivery of task they will set unrealistic expectation with you at very end moment of the work. In office blaming game starts because of no structed way of working. Additionally, they will force you to work on weekends if you fall sick in weekdays
