Worst company of all time, trust me even if u have an offer of less compensation, join that company rather than Spikewell. You will thank me later. Do not join this company by mistake. You may see a lot of reviews that have given more stars, but those are added by the manager who don't even know how to operate on computers. Don't believe me?? The most innovative company I have ever seen. I feel proud to be part of the organization. People are here from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration, I also like the quarterly best employee recognition policy and the reward. Overall I find it is the best place in Bhubaneswar to work.

Dislikes

Before the pandemic Lunch and breakfast were awesome.Initially a little bit hard to cope with the talented group if you have not that savvy in technology. Regional language is not allowed inside the organization as it is a US-based MNC. For poor performers, it is a bad place of course.
