...fraud company who cheats employees who has given their whole life time for work. They don't even give any incentives or ontime salary...spicejet whole H.O team is fraud peoples. Spicejet loot its own people rather than its customers ..i recommend not to join this fraud company instead join indigo atleast they know how to value employees...spicejet management is worst in all stations it is good only for boot lickking employees not for straight forward peoples.

I loved the job I was doing with SpiceJet. SpiceJet offer me a chance to do it. And I got a good circle of friends and pan India net work inside and outside the company. It's really help me to grow as a professional. For that I am really grateful to spice Jet.

Not getting salary from last 6 month .they r throwing out employee during covid 19 , when staff really required support that time without componsate anything .,👎👎👎👎👎👎👎staff are thrown out

I like the way they exploit employees. They are very good at it.

From head to toe, everything. From last five years there is no salary on time sometimes it’s getting delayed for two months sometime it gets delayed for three months. They don’t care if the employee is able to eat something he has enough money to survive. His family can survive. I have seen people who met with accident, cracked their bones but still called to office to work. Even if the employee has not received his salary The top management still fill up their mobile reimbursement forms to ensure that they get the reimbursement in time that’s the level of corruption spicejet has.

Salary cuts upto 25%, Pf not submitted from last 1 year, TL not supportive manager are really bad. Not got incentives and salary which is deducted of every month from last 1 year and PF is also not raised
