...ryone wants to join spice jet. I never thought of another airline after joining. Salary was good, layovers used to be fun and hotel property was also good. My journey with SpiceJet was amazing. Thank you so much that you chose me and gave me wings .

Dislike is - they should support their employees in this pandemic situation rather than pushing crew for R&R and imposing silly policies.

Management could be more helpful. Due to covid lot of people were sent on Leave without pay for a very long period of time, however that could have done on rotational basis. Because of it some people suffered a lot and few never got LWP and enjoyed all the benfits even during pandemic

1. No timely payments of salary. 2. Worst salary structure. 3. Dictatorship culture. 4. Company will not listen to any logical suggestion they will only look for cost cutting and salary deductions. 5. Pathetic aircrafts. 6. The condition of aircrafts are worst than DTC buses. 7. Favrouitism is at peak.

To be honest they days you are away from the base tucked into your hotel room and not entertaining any calls ..

...e. 6. They will cease all options for you to grow in and out of the company . 7. Salary is always based on your performance, the guidelines to which isnt justifiable and inhumane . 8. The experience takes a toll on your mental health and you will definitely fall for drugs better ! Another way to get self termination. 9. You will definitely put a hole in your pocket with the grooming standards . And more.....

...eel like you have worked for free. Communication is terrible between management. During COVID-19, they have put employees on Leave without Pay for 1.5 years almost.
