I like the way they exploit employees. They are very good at it.

From head to toe, everything. From last five years there is no salary on time sometimes it’s getting delayed for two months sometime it gets delayed for three months. They don’t care if the employee is able to eat something he has enough money to survive. His family can survive. I have seen people who met with accident, cracked their bones but still called to office to work. Even if the employee has not received his salary The top management still fill up their mobile reimbursement forms to ensure that they get the reimbursement in time that’s the level of corruption spicejet has.

Salary cuts upto 25%, Pf not submitted from last 1 year, TL not supportive manager are really bad. Not got incentives and salary which is deducted of every month from last 1 year and PF is also not raised

It is a great privilige for anyone to work in a reputed company like yours.what i feel working there actually matters and i feel honor and privilege to work with this airline.

I hate everything about the company as it has worst management and bad salary with no strict rules as they deduct the salary anytime and afterwards send mail to contact HR. Great rubbish organisation
