Work from home policy depends on the mood of the partner unlike other firms which are professional and transparent about such things. 3. It's a small firm masquerading itself as a full-service firm to fool clients. They don't have quality corporate work. 4. Most freshers are not confirmed after probation and are even fired. Performance is determined based on the face time you get with the partner in internal discussions and not your hard work or skills. 5. Partner gives artificial urgent deadlines and doesn't review the work for weeks.

It is a demanding environment where personal time is limited. Even on weekends and public holidays, requesting permission to step away without the work laptop becomes necessary. The absence of fixed work hours means there are days where you may be required to put in extensive hours, sometimes upto 16-17 hours a day.
