Dislikes

It is a demanding environment where personal time is limited. Even on weekends and public holidays, requesting permission to step away without the work laptop becomes necessary. The absence of fixed work hours means there are days where you may be required to put in extensive hours, sometimes upto 16-17 hours a day.

Dislikes

Extremely toxic workplace with no job security and they demand 24 hours availability including on weekends. Not at all sustainable.
