As spi its nice place to work. You have everything . Fun place to work.

Dislikes

Not about spi but after merging with pvr . Fun part is gone . Pvr is not the right place to work. There is no freedom of work especially in sales dept. Lady boss wants everyone to be under her. Pvr senior management has got so much of attitude towards to the junior level people. Spi work culture is totally different to pvr. In spi everyone gives respect and treat everyone like family. That part is not there in pvr.

The higher officials always encourages when you can do a mistake,and they give suggestions to overcome it, the management give equal respect each and every employee.in SPI cinemas we have job security no dout about it.

Once you resign the your job, there is no rejoin

I have learn lot and establish my knowledge more over i have grown part over there only . The training and development all good for future career

Regarding salery and politics . HR team Have to moniter each site and each employee to take survival then only know the staff problema and what are all the problem staff facing at work place
