In Kolkata location there is no office of Sphinx . There in only client location. And contact with client. They never informed about the contract.any time they told that your service is over with in 10 to 15 days if client close the contact. Basically they provide man power in voith paper. They told you that work on basis of Design but voith give you the assignment of Excel fill up and basically (PA of Mr. Abhijit chakraborty). And destroy your career..so my suggestion if they offer you to join voith paper please don't go. This decision may hamper your career.

Strikingly, the salary for May 2023 was received only on May 31, raising questions about the practicality of the stated three-month notice period. Sphinx, in contradiction to its own policies, provided me with only an 18-day notice, leaving me in a challenging position to secure a new job. This abrupt termination has taken a toll on both my financial stability and mental well-being, affecting not only me but also my family. My intention in sharing these details is to shed light on the deceptive practices and unfair treatment I've experienced at Sphinx WorldBiz Ltd., urging others to be cautious when considering employment with this company. Despite reaching out to the HR and the authorized personnel during that challenging time, my efforts were met with a lack of positive response. This further compounded the difficulties I faced, leaving me without the support or resolution that one would expect from an employer.

-takes commission from candidates salary. -3 months notice period is just a burden on candidates to make recovery amount, - Dont provides experience letter untill you clear recovery amount. - Holds salary more than 3 months, even you need it badly. -HR team records your call, while they need to call ,they uses whatsapp. -At joining time, fool candidates by naming Big companies as a client, but actually dont provides even a single paper, mentioning that Company name. -just dont join, in return of little salary hike, these type of consulting agency are spilling you resume.

Nothing as it is just a hiring company and rest all dependent upon the company whom you are working with. Also for even very small amount you have to remind them again and again. They don't have a working standards, for example if you take any problem with them, they will refer you to some other person in the company and he will refer to someone else.

Dislikes

Nothing is likeable here. I had been promised with some salary and after my inclusion in the company they deducted some more amount. Also they asked me to sign 1 year bond which was not intimated initially.
