Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Top management is good they are trying their best to implement good culture.

Dislikes

1) HR policies are worst and it can be changed any time without information. 2) Job security is always a big concern. 3) Different policies for different employees

Any time change policy. My offer letter mentioned 2 months notice period. At the time my confirmation in company. They are changing notice 3 months. If we are not agreed then they will fire us

Sometime Distance when you stuck on Honda Chowk Traffic JAM, but moreover Company Provided us the BUS for Pick and drop till Metro for Delhi Employee and for Local Gurgaon you have Company Provided CAB.
