New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Management have to idea about how to run business.. Have no business ethics.... Never pay salary on time take ls attest 50 to 55 day for salary payment Hold ta bills for attest 3 to 4 months Never do full and final of employees and dealer network If possible avoid this company ..

Worst experience in this organisation. Employees still awaiting for salary after 2months.Vendors follow up for payments from 6months. No ethics....

The Work Culture is very Poor, with no job security and lack of work-life balance. The MD Nihar Gupta frequently uses Abusing word to all the employees with any justification. His Behavior's seem erratic and reflects frustration, which negatively impact work environment.
