Leave policy is fine. That is the only positive i find.

...er takes blames the name of the director of the process and itself plays games. He lays of people who has more salary and hires others who have 1/3 salary. Growth is too less. Training and development managers are not here. So no proper training which affect the production. Too much work loads are given and leads simply sit idle. Leads play pubg and sleep while we supervisors work. Even though we are called supervisors, leevl change is not given and hence gets lay off very nicely.

...mployee without any explanation, even if they have received a promotion & bonus. The pay scale is very low, with no additional perks or benefits. The company does not offer cashless insurance option, and insurance is mandatory for all the employees, funded internally without any external vendor options.

There is no benefit of working in Speridian

...s no clear job role description or transparency of the daily basis work details. No appraisal or salary increments has been given to employees for almost two years. There are micromanagement and personal life discussions sessions going on rather than focusing on task. People for favouritism got benefits and appraisals for their behaviour with the manager rather than talent and skills. This is happening specifically in Calicut Office.

Work culture is great with clean office. Extracurricular activities are there. Snacks and beverages are available at office Free cab facility at night shift

No job security No salary hike and other benefits No overtime allowance No nightshift allowance

Financial growth is good here. Moreover, there is never a delay in salary that I have seen ever since i joined them a few years back.

Working for the company for 3 years now and I have not experienced anything negative.
