Dislikes

Not a good place for an experienced developer. People here including upper management think coding is a "layman thing". No process, no culture, no ethics you can expect. There is nothing like a product-based company. Whatever software development is being done is very vague and old way of implementation. They do not want to change, hence there is no chance of learning and growing. People in a hire position have very rude behaviour. It's like a grocery shop with a hiring and firing policy.

Work life balance is very poor Initially the company was good but after the change in Management, the people management, performance reviews, and the thrill to work, this all just went down the drain. New Management can be rude and unprofessional when talking to junior employees
