We all are doing work from Home. We are getting salary on time, Company holding some % of salary and will give later based in every month billing status

Dislikes

Since the major part of our salary as bonus every year, due to COVID-19, this year there is no appraisal and we are going to loose around 25% of salary

...evelop innovative ideas, encourage site visits, practical learning and training. Salary structure is well competent. Politics almost to nil.

Dislikes

there's almost no space to dislike this company. for me everything I wanted in a company it's in place. just could suggest something, to have a little more spacious office. which is the problem of most of offices in Mumbai. but we already have taken up this issue considering growth of the company and consistent recruitment, we have identified need of bigger space. might close it soon.

No work-life balance, Too much work, Less to no focus towards skill development, No consideration of QS Department in Management Meeting

Talented staff/employees Helping staff Excellent Appraisal Offers some flexibility for old employees (15 days of WFH policy)

Dislikes

Work Pressure is much, however they gives excellent appraisal. No other cons/dislikes I felt.

Likes

Good Work Environment and Culture, Teammates are very supportive. Company policies are good. Events like Sports Day, Office Outings and Events like Diwali Party and Founders Day are celebrated every year.

Dislikes

Contract Policies and Permanent Policies are way different.
