We all are doing work from Home. We are getting salary on time, Company holding some % of salary and will give later based in every month billing status

Dislikes

Since the major part of our salary as bonus every year, due to COVID-19, this year there is no appraisal and we are going to loose around 25% of salary

Generally speaking, my work is a little bit challenging, I have to take more effort to complete some new work. Since my senior is not helping me I have to start from scratch everything

Excellent work environment, always want to excel in what they are doing, always promote develop innovative ideas, encourage site visits, practical learning and training. Salary structure is well competent. Politics almost to nil.

there's almost no space to dislike this company. for me everything I wanted in a company it's in place. just could suggest something, to have a little more spacious office. which is the problem of most of offices in Mumbai. but we already have taken up this issue considering growth of the company and consistent recruitment, we have i dentified need of bigger space. might close it soon....Read More

Work Details

working here always excites me. I work for variety of projects and that's what I always wanted. Here we have very good team of experts and even we need some external help we doesn't hesitate to get it or learn new skills or learn something different.
