This is a 3rd party company they don't stand for their employee which they send to join no salary hikes no promotions they listen parent company they don't even ask the employee about what problem he is facing

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

If I talk about the good things about the STM are the best environment and management even I’m working in night shift so there is good food facility for dinner, also working pressure is quite decent but no at all over. Our CEO of this company Vidur Gupta is very humble and always motivate the employees for their goals and achievements.

Dislikes

... I’m working in this company since 2022 but I didn’t get appraisal till now. So this company is not fit for the compensation and settlements in terms of money.
