Honest advice- if u don't have any career path or no options then u should join but if you settle in your career and want good culture, salary hike and all benefits then don't go. They just give u new responsibilities and opportunities but not position and salary hike

work culture very worst Local director not knows the ethics. Salary are irregular. not paid salary regularly. HR is not available in Bangalore. ESI,PF Not available. Worst company in Malur industrial area. Acid(Nitric,sulphuric,hydraulic etc ) and Harmful chemicals are use in production....No safety for employee.....Very dangerous.... If you want to leave then company director threatening to spoil career, threatening for life by taking help local dons....... if you dont have job in hand, you can try for 1-2 month.... Request to please dont spoil your career by joining this company....

I am not like about working at SPECTRUM ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES.

Dislikes

Management is very bad in Spectrum industries. Management only think about their own profit and ignore employees facilities and more. There are very whorest management. I am working now their as dispatch officer and my duety time ia 8 hours but actually I worked 12 hour daily.

If Whole life we working on the any of the company that company worst experience on the whole life is only you have felt on only 3 to 5 month on this company. Not a life balance as your personal life especially maintenance department the manager is worst is not worthy on the department. He says there is no personal life you have to Slave person on me and company. mentally harassment and more than physical. You are Full demotivated like you have inner feelings said you are useless. That beyond you treat so go carefully to enter into hell.

I did not work there but I had an interview of around 5 hrs which was just worst being there. I was not hoping for result and before only I decide not to go this is not proper org for me. CA was the interviewer she googled all the formulas and expected me too answer everything.
