The company is good for work and carrier growth it gives employee satisfaction as well as good and timely salary to the employees work culture is good but some of the higher authority give bad behavior to their employees and they also delay your approval of appraisal.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow and work pressure is high.

Our L1 manager Nishan is the best manager anyone could wish for. Note: I'm not talking about the company.

...red 4.8lpa fixed + incentives in interview, but in offer letter they made it 3.6lpa fixed and 1lpa is variable pay when I asked they said it's just mentioned as variable pay to avoid taxes, then one week later after signing the offer letter they changed my offer letter to 3.6lpa fixed and forced me to sign, worst experience here, no petrol expenses provided, whatever been communicated to HR to upper management it's completely ignored, belive me it's worst experience for freshers, with me 5 other freshers also joined and everyone left in 2 months.

Overloaded with work even have to work on Saturday (even if you have 5 working days )...60 Days Notice period. Office timings is 9:00 to 6:30 ,you have to complete 9:30 hrs every working day..No Cabs facility & No Conveyance. No work from home even if you are not 100% well.

Payout , Appraisal system is a pathetic , Back biting , Salary Cut , Not paying on time , Humiliations and many more over all not a great place to work however can be used as a stepping stone. Favoring is at its peak people will get increment and promotions for selected lobby is very common.
