There are goods scope of showing my performances and every time management is motivating to allow me to put some new idea,culture, training to my subordinate and also enjoyed to learn very innovative ideas from Seniors also. So as per environment, work culture , scope of work every thing is favorable only problem due to Huge loss in earlier period there is very little chance to survive and also served NPA notice by Bankers.
