Moreover, the CTC mentioned during recruitment is misleading, as the actual salary received is significantly lower. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional work culture.

...ny policies is very strict, company taken 03 year job bond agreement compulsary. Management is not given my last month salary.

MD given his personal work. Company policies. Rule and regulation is weak. There is no adjustment policies.

Nothing the company micromanages everything also the HR is very old thinker and focus on the dress up of the employee rather than there work.

The HR needs to get changed as per her attitude you have to behave like a servant who cooks at there houses. You can not look into their eyes and in this generation the HR calls the director SAHAAB 😅 I mean if the Head HR is like this than what should’ve expected from the other peoples of the company..

company under control of 5-8 orthodox ppl. no space for new person they always treat as outsider (you can become blind fellow of those people) althou both director want to change this culture.

no canteen, politics (top to the ground).
