I literally hate the manager and owner of this company because of their toxicity and politics also Employees who choose to resgin often face retaliation, including negative remarks on their experience letters, which can impact their future career opportunities. They also include in their employee's private life which is so disgusting and negative and they don't have helpers to lift the heavy cartons, so employees have to do it on their own even the female employees in dirt and dust. They don't care about your health; they just pretend to". They think thier employees are "mazdoor".

I like working as a professional quality controlle and learn lots things while working.

Dislikes

I don't like the behaviour of senior employees, their approach to do work in a professional manner, handing things in a good way. But i like the behaviour of the Head of the company.
