In marketing division you will enjoy your job while in plant most of the people leaving within 1-2 months after joining. Needs to be improved and implement some process to retain the employee

Special Ceramics Is making a high Alumina Brick & Special product of glass tank . I had joined there as a fresher so that I was luring there all kind of making a mould & all refractory equipment how to maintain them. This is good platform for any new guise to learn about refractory . This is not big unit but working culture is very good.
