1- I dislike very much about every department Management 2- There is no job security. 3- There is no job training for fresher, hence senior folk to guide them step by step.

Special Ceramics Is making a high Alumina Brick & Special product of glass tank . I had joined there as a fresher so that I was luring there all kind of making a mould & all refractory equipment how to maintain them. This is good platform for any new guise to learn about refractory . This is not big unit but working culture is very good.
