Project Manager doesn't support the team , no work life balance, strict timings , bad politics, HR team doesn't support you & doesn't peak calls in emergency situation, no weekly off , Quality Head doesn't support the ground level QA/QC Staff & his behavior is very bad , Work Ethics & Work Culture is Very Bad , if Staff doesn't work beyond his responsibilities Project Manager doesn't increment your Salary & behaving rude with you

SPD Construction Limited is good organization in real state business and Salary timing and benifits is good.

Dislikes

The management is very-very bad and also there no one is listen of any employe about their problem.Food and acommodation faciliteis is very bad. i was worked at shillong site as a Billing Engineer and there facing lots of problem about Food and acommodation and Mailed to management about all bad system but no any action taken by manegemnt and no any response given as well. then i decide and left the job.
