Who actually cares about employees basic need for working. Company run by only Account & finance department. No Authority for any work. Management team does support & not even answer your call, even in emergency condition.

...ood too. A lot of learning and opportunity here and serious are very supportive. Salary is on time Company policy is very good, helpful and change time to time. Team work & HOD is supportive and motivating time to time in terms of all professional work.I get some extra opportunity here to learn,devlop, and Growth in procurement department.Full enjoying our jobs here and many more will do also.

Company CEO very nice person his vision was good related to organization growth.

Organization driving people not shown actual ground level picture to management.. false commitment lack of knowledge not respecting subject matter experts which was huge impact team building and trust.

Everything. Work culture is very toxic. Very long seating hrs and no clarity for work. They ask you what new you are doing. Asking for impractical things and waste of time. MD doesn't understand the Product Costing and wants you to do Costing as per his thinking. Also, rigid in nature and everyone needs to only follow whatever he say blindly and no further discussion. The plant is located at Ankleshwar and he will be having meeting around 7:00 pm and you will reach home around 11:00 pm in night. Just waste of time. Only old people working here and whoever new joins within 6 to 7 month will leave the organisation. HR department worst ever only wish to work for higher management and not listening to mod or lower level employee. HR here doesn't for employees. They only work for themselves. Useless department. Never ever join this organisation as they don't know what they are doing. Just simply harrassing people. There are many incidents of negligence at plant level.
