There's job security and work pressure is not as much as other industries have.

Working hours are 12 hrs so this is biggest dislike. Secondly management is not as good as it should be as the owner himself controls company policy and culture

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Work load is not too much.

Dislikes

No canteen facility. Also they don't give you a job assurance after training. They keep on hiring people on internship to offer less money compared to a job and get more productivity.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
