Likes

Teammates satisfactory but again exceptions as always. Excessive training . so much not required for the given job role.appropriate training module should have been incorporated.

Dislikes

...job security was company oriented or client oriented.appraisal not transparent.salary at times was not posted within the stipulated period.hike was not that great .technical team was very haphazard. Many a times lacked coordination.and lets not forget about the back stabbers ,the so called brutas,the trouble maker,the racists,those shrewd and cunning bias lot, those intentional misscomunicator, the misleading type and those who will do anything to be on top of the ladder.love your job but not the company

That's my new job so that I was happy in the company with working enthusiasm and learn something from the organisation to do something in my future.

Dislikes

Employee growth is too slow and terminations are too high.
