The early days at the company were extremely positive. We fostered a collaborative and supportive work environment. All employees were fully committed and dedicated to the success of organization. It felt like a close-knit, family-like atmosphere, even though the team was relatively small.

Dislikes

After the initial growth phase, the positive work environment began to deteriorate as the employee headcount increased. This led to my decision to leave the organization. However, I'm optimistic that the sparsa team can address any current challenges and restore a productive culture.

Work culture is too good. According to female everyone is supportive and helping. All people are behaving like family. I love that place to working there.

According to me no dislike on the company but some people are not working as corporate workers. So, is that natural every wear want these type of people.

Worst company to start your career with, the work environment is like hell with no motivation for work. There is no management as such and you will be held accountable for everything with continuous nagging. No respect for the hardwork and employees.

Company work environment at office location A119 star tower is very cool but in field & Sector 37 factory working culture very disappointing.

Job security is nil. Any time you will be fired without any Vali reason. There could be several invalid causes. Here management are also in self learning mode . Or you can say experimental.
