The most worst part is, there is no freedom in the company. not all, only one manager and supervisor like school teachers. Office time will be 24/7, in between time you can take for your personal life that too not more than 1 hour. The worst money minded manager and useless supervisor.

Nothing to like except work from home, but there is a catch in it, they will make you work round the clock. Expect skype call from the owner of the company at any time of the "NIGHT" Read carefully I said "NIGHT" not in work hours, in you sleep hours. 9pm to 5pm.

EVERYTHING. The company owner's intrusive one-on-one meddling is a glaring red flag to escape this dumpster fire. Micromanagement here is a nightmarish pinnacle. Work pressure is one thing, but the owner cranks it to unbearable levels. They've turned tormenting their staff into sick hobby, rolling the dice to pick their daily victim from random departments not just specific. Beware of the 'sycophants' the "Guns" they'll play nice, even grovel to get what they want then cast you aside to dig your own grave. They shamelessly exploited the current Layoffs to snag talent at cutthroat rates. Work hours? They dictate it regardless of you sanity, stretching from 9 AM till whenever they please, including Sunday. Thye'll, have you toiling on a Sunday after you've already suffered through 38 hours on Friday and Saturday. The core issues? Its not the work. its the godforsaken management, with the boss personally relishing your torment. My strong advice? Run far and fast from this abyss, but some poor souls will still join, only to become the next victims who'll fuel this lamentable narrative. Applause for enduring the torture.
