Frequent meetings take up too much time and hinder productivity. Lack of clarity from the Director and MD leads to confusion. Favoritism affects team morale and fairness. Salaries are low compared to industry standards. The team has limited expertise, affecting work quality and efficiency. Worst working culture.

No job security, no appreciation for sale people and after completing individual target also they don't give incentive.they make full for new joiner by showing larger CTC including variable.but they don't give variable by giving reason company turnover is less. Very poor expense policy. No job security even after good orders they layoffs 19peoples. And more internal politics of old peoples,who don't have ability to go in another company. You will get thank you card only after regrious hard work. And 100/-rupies cut if you come after 8.30Am. Typical owner based company. Only showing company as reputed company at the time of interview. They want professional work from employees like MNC in salary of Bhosari MIDC. Don't join you will waste your time and confidence.
